Filming from the Dashboard

Here's something I put together this morning from my recent trip to New England. Volume up.

Very Entertaining!!! I love the song choices...( me & my girlfriend always say when we see a movie how the song choices make or brake a good deal of it).

I enjoy it! :) Dina

These were cds I brought with me on the trip. I agree with you about the movie thing, it's a big deal. Glad you liked it, it was fun to put together.

Oh, Katie! Is there no end to your talents? I'm surprised you werent't cooking while driving and filming or purhaps doing a little dashboard gardening! Tell me the name of the last CD, the Vermont "tune". I loved it! Thanks, Coop

Actually Coop, while filming from the dashboard, I was also writing a novel, nursing a sick baby possum back to health, AND preparing a gourmet Italian meal of Cosciotto di Angnello in salsa di Menta. But it’s nothing, really.

The beautiful tune you mentioned is "Way Over Yonder In The Minor Key," off the CD “Mermaid Avenue” by Billy Bragg & Wilco. The female voice you hear is Natalie Merchant. If you change your mind about the Vermont tune, that’s “Love Rollercoaster,” by the Ohio Players. When I’m not creating art, saving lives and cooking fine cuisine, you can find me vacuuming the floors, listening to this song and dancing my ass off.

Yes KT, this is a great little movie. I love it, Led Zeppelin, John Coltrane, Bob Dylan, and I think I heard Lee Morgan---all on one trip. Oh yeah, looks like you had GREAT weather for the whole trip!

The weather was slightly wet, but it was so beautiful. In Vermont and New Hampshire, when it rains like that, there's a thick mist that rests between the mountains and it's really quite magical.

Glad you liked the music, the Zepplin goes with me everywhere, as does Lee Morgan.
