Annie Creates Her Own Reality

Over the years at Christmastime, we've taken Annie to the Big Apple Circus. We like it because it's a New York tradition, and because they don't use wild animals in their act, just horses and poodles, etc. But it's also expensive, and we haven't gone the last couple of years. So when Annie asked me on Monday if we could go to the circus this year, it was quite out of the blue. I told her we'd see. The NEXT day I got an email from the Big Apple Circus saying that because we were past patrons, our name was selected from an ongoing drawing for free tickets. Since those types of emails are usually a scam, I would normally have deleted it, but because of what Annie had said, I clicked on the link and entered my address. And yesterday, lo and behold, we received our free ringside seats to the circus.
