Sitting at the sidebar

For my Argentinian friend Christian, here's Gary Burton playing Libertango, one of my favorites by Astor Piazzolla.

(listen to it all the way through, you'll be glad you did).

Thanks a lot. Gary has been very well received every time he has been here in the country, we appreciate his art very much.
What I didn't said before was that under the influence of your sidebar selections I became very curious and tried to recover my childhood taste for jazz, just started with some discs inspired by classical music techniques: Bill Evans with symphony orchestra and the Wynton Marsalis baroque music for trumpets, and couldn't resist to get a jam session by Charlie Parker. I guess that Bill Evans record must be legendary.
Jazz composers/directors had so many points in common with tango composers/directors, they were formed very well in directing classical music orchestras.
