Seeing stars

They suddenly appear, then disappear, then reappear. Tell me I'm not the only one who sees yellow stars at the bottom of every one of my posts.

It looks like a rating system but I didn't put it there, and since its arrival the blog is moving at slow speed.

Advice, help, whatever, would be greatly appreciated.
