Post-opportunity
I love that no matter how much I want to, I can't do much of anything. I love that I can sleep for hours and that I have no schedule. I love that my neighbor makes me soup with chicken and potatoes--I love that I can still drink coffee. I love that I have a friend who washes my dishes everyday, and that my mother brings me fragrant white roses. I love that David delivers magazines and peppermints--and I love that my daughter strokes my hair that hasn't been washed in 4 days and whispers, "You have such pretty eyes, Momma."

Oh, there's place yet for an argentinian rubbing your feet. But I wonder where your epiphanies go without washing dishes.
Are you really resting? Gosh, you're taking pictures, you must be a pain in the ass. :-D The update is appreciated though. Good to know you're getting better.
Hey, I actually DID wash my dishes last night! Then I took some drugs and promptly went to bed for 3 hours to recover.
The official report from my family is that I've only been a pain in the ass two times, so if that Argentinian foot rub is still being offered, I promise to remain on my best behavior.
Thanks Cristian.
PS: One more thing I love about this experience--I've had no epiphanies, not one. It's a vacation from epiphanies, and I am loving it!
